About Me
Dr. Jeffrey Musgrove Sr
My 20-year career in the United States Air Force — culminating in my role as First Sergeant — instilled in me an enduring commitment to duty, service, and leadership. Those experiences shaped the foundation of who I am today: someone dedicated to helping fellow veterans navigate complex systems with clarity and confidence.
After retiring from the military, I spent more than two decades in higher education, teaching, mentoring, and guiding students and leaders toward success. But it was my own experience navigating the VA disability claims process that truly reshaped my purpose. I witnessed firsthand how confusing, frustrating, and overwhelming the process can be — even for those who have spent their lives serving others.
That experience inspired me to establish Musgrove Collaborative Management Solutions (MCMS) — a veteran-led organization built to educate and empower veterans as they navigate their VA claims journey. Our focus is on education, preparation, and understanding, not representation. While we are not accredited claims agents, our mission is to equip veterans with the knowledge, structure, and confidence needed to approach the VA system effectively and advocate for themselves successfully.
Our Approach
At MCMS, we believe in clarity through education.
We break down the claims process into simple, actionable steps — from gathering evidence and understanding rating criteria to preparing for C&P exams and tracking claim status. The goal is to help each veteran feel informed, organized, and ready for every stage of the process.

No veteran should be left behind or denied benefits because of a lack of information. My role is to ensure that each veteran we work with is better equipped, better prepared, and more confident in their pursuit of the care and compensation they have earned.
As I continue this journey, my commitment remains steadfast — to guide with purpose, educate with compassion, and leave a lasting impact on every veteran I serve.
