About Me

My 20-year career in the Air Force, culminating as a First Sergeant, instilled in me a strong sense of duty and leadership. Following my military service, I dedicated over two decades to higher education, primarily within the nonprofit sector. My personal experience navigating the complex VA claims process inspired me to help other veterans. I founded MCMS, LLC to empower charitable organizations and guide veterans through the VA claims process, ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve.

Despite operating on a for-profit basis, our heart lies in serving nonprofits. We extend our consultancy at significantly reduced rates, and often pro bono, driven by a passion to empower these organizations to fulfill their missions with heightened efficacy and impact.

Through sharing the insights and competencies forged in my military and educational endeavors, I am committed to aiding nonprofits in leaving a more profound imprint on the communities they champion.

Philosophical Insights:

Our mission is twofold: to impart the wealth of leadership and management wisdom I’ve accumulated through my military service and academic tenure, and to guide veterans through the complexities of the VA disability claims process. The thought of even a single veteran missing out on deserved benefits is unacceptable to me. While we may not be certified claims agents, our aim is to equip veterans with the knowledge and tactics they need for a fair compensation assessment and to facilitate their entry into the VA healthcare network.

As I forge ahead, my pledge remains steadfast: to guide with heart, motivate others toward excellence, and leave a lasting, positive imprint on every individual I encounter.
